I took my son here when he was 5 years old and he came out from the back his face was beat red and he was hyperventilating he couldn't even talk and when he calmed down he said they had strapped him down and was forcefully holding him down and he wanted me they never came and got me . They must have sound proof walls because I didnt hear him screaming at all most dr. Offices you can hear everything. I never took him back there. Hes 15 now and still scared of the dentist and wants to make sure I am aloud to go back with him.

I took my son to this dentist on 2 different occasions. He was 4 the first time. He needed to have a few teeth pulled. It took hours and he was visibly upset, but I thought it was just because it was the first time he went through something like that. The second time he was 7 and afterwards I could tell he'd been crying. They told him they were going to put a warm blanket on him but they actually strapped him down!! He also said they were pushing on him and he said that he was screaming for me when they did that. Obviously they havea soundproof room bbecause I heard nothing at all. Also they don't allow parents to go back with their children. He was do upset about this that it took his new dentist a long time to gain his trust. I wouldn't take my dog to this dentist office.
