Excellent experience. They did a great job getting me financed with a low interest rate and had the truck shipped to my driveway. The truck was exactly as they said it would be, and more! I'll definitely do business with them in the future.

Professional, friendly staff. Great prices, great service. Smart Chevrolet is the best, and I'm glad I could do business with them.

Bought a used car (900 miles) from them online and via phone. Agreed on price, gave a deposit via credit card, arranged financing. Since this dealer is about 3 hours from me, it was to be about a week when I could actually pick up the car. The day before I was to pick it up, they stopped returning my phone calls. I finally caught one of the finance people on her cell before starting the drive, and after a while she told me there had been an accident, and I could either get my deposit back, or work on getting it fixed. I asked her to send me pictures of the damage. After that, two other people from the dealer called back within minutes of each other. The second was Barry. He said there would be no pictures, and I had two options. Either get me deposit back, or not get my deposit back. Total lack or professionalism throughout whole process. Got a great price on the vehicle, they probably sold it out from under me. Scammers. Famous for selling cars with water damage.

Do not purchase an extended warranty from this dealership! I purchased one a couple years ago and when I called the warranty company to discuss the warranty, I was informed that they never received the contract or payment from Smart. They essentially took over $1800 from me and gave me nothing in return. When I discussed with Harry Neal, he offered me a $239 refund and told me to talk to their attorney if I was not happy with the refund.

Bought a used car from these guys. Make sure all work is completed before purchasing. 4 issues were promised to be fixed but where not and one issue made worse. Either service department is lazy or incompetent. Sales people are friendly but untrustworthy. I thought because of all the good reviews I could trust this place, don't make my mistake!

Sales department is great. No pressure at all to buy cars. In fact my sales guy stopped at Mcdonalds and treated me to lunch during the test drive.

Parts dept has helped me find some very difficult parts for my 20 year old car. I keep going back.
