Established in 1991 starting as a small pizzeria with merely 12 seats surrounding four handmade tables, Nicky’s Firehouse maintained the family values and hometown integrity to become a Madison landmark. After the first renovation in 1995, seating grew to 40. Staying true to his roots, Nick Lardieri invested every bit of time and energy into establishing the Firehouse brand, making the name synonymous with great pizza, great food, and a welcoming family environment. Joseph has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry as a chef, owner and manager. They are both so excited to bring new dishes and experiences to Madison for years to come.
