Feels great!

After taking a few classes, I found that my neck and shoulder pain were gone. I suffered from constipation, but after doing their intestine exercises daily, I have become regular and even lost a few pounds! I feel lighter, better, and happier. I strongly recommend for anyone who wants stretching.

Dahn yoga is unlike any other kind of exercise I have done! And I love it! I have been doing it about 3 months now. My body is getting more flexible fast and I just feel better. I do some of the breathing exercises I learned in class after working out at the gym and it feels really good. I also had insomnia-like symptoms on and off for about a year now, and after only 2 of these yoga classes, I can sleep a full 8 hrs when I have time to! I feel overall more relaxed and happy in my life... my family is really reaping the benefits of these classes too!

The benefit of the yoga and tai-chi classes at Dahn Yoga are phenomenal. After just two classes, my neck and shoulder pain that I have suffered with for years virtually disappeared and I can finally sleep 7-8 hours straight after months of insomnia-like sleep patterns. The instructors and space are great. I definitely reccommend Dahn Yoga if you want to feel better and live better.
