I recently lost my beautiful, healthy Moluccan cockatoo because the owner of this pet sitter service failed to care for him - as agreed to and confirmed in advance - for over a week. My Moluccan died either of dehydration, starvation or a combination of both. Either way is horrible and inexcusable. And this sitter was no stranger to my Moluccan, as she had provided him with care for 15 years. The sitter's excuse for her failure was simply, "My computer broke." This pet sitter should not be in a business where animals' health, safety and very lives are at stake. If you need pet sitting services while you are away, I urge you to look elsewhere.
