I have taken my dogs there for 6 yrs always does a nice job. My dogs love the owner Chris. She is very loving to them. I have a Chow and cocker spaniel. I have moved 40 minutes away and still take my dogs to Bark and Beauty.

I would have given a zero star rating; however, this was not an option. We took our cockapoo in for a haircut and when I went to pick him up, he was cut on both ears, his leg, his tail and his "you know what". The owner informed me of only the cut on his ear and gave me powder to put on it and said "if you go to a vet, they aren't going to do anything". After a few days, our dog was in so much pain that we had to take him to the vet. The vet informed us that he had an infection and said it was probably because they were using dirty clippers. The vet gave him a shot for the pain and an antibiotic for the infection. The vet bill came to $129.98. We called Bark and Beauty to see if we could get reimbursed for the vet bill and the owner called the cops on my husband accusing him of being irate.
