I am visually and hearing impaired. I trusted this group, I was told certain things would happen and given certain time frames. Once my deposit was taken I was told they were "so busy" I couldn't even respond to my email asking for a picture of the dog that I was paying $11,000 for. I was told by Lee that he paid $2000 for the dog I asked for any paperwork about the dog showing payment or anything he said he did not keep any records like that, which is very unprofessional. However I found out that was untrue when the breeder sent the contract to be signed by them showing that he paid $1600 for the dog. I disappoint he became very rude because I had proven that he was on trustworthy. He was insulting and told me he did not have time to talk on the phone to clients even though all I wanted was questions answered and clarification to all of the contradictions I was hearing from him and his staff. I required information to feel secure about my purchase. He admittedly did not have time for that. Even speaking with him was unprofessional he raised his voice he made obnoxious noises of annoyance impatience and intolerance. He implied I was emotionally dysfunctional. I have lost my vision and my hearing in the past two years… my emotions are not what they used to be, but this Man was demeaning simply because I was concerned that nothing had gone as promised. I have emails contradicting things he told me I have the contract from the breeder showing you gave me false information. And lastly he told me he could not even begin to know how to train a dog to alert me of A window breaking in my home at night or signal me for sounds, or help with an anxiety attack… Which is ironically listed on his services on his website. The most shocking statement was when he asked me why I would commit to pay $11,000 for a dog without being sure what I'm going to get… My answer is because I trusted him, I believed everything I was told. He basically called me stupid for trusting him.
