This is hands down the WORST place to live in Madison, Ohio. The management is unprofessional. The lot rent is high, the management increases the rent claiming it is to help cover "general cost increases". The tennants pay the property tax. If you have more than 2 people living in your home you must pay and additional $15 a month, PER PERSON. This may not seem like much but it adds up fast. They do not plow in the winter. They don't clean up litter from the streets or sidewalks. The drainage system is awful. Toilets and drains are constantly clogged and backing up. There are literally HUNDREDS of stray cats roaming around. They get into your garbage every day, they live under the homes and damage insulation, wiring, and also spray your home. I DO NOT HAVE A CAT yet my home and yard are hopping with fleas and the outside perimeter smells of urine. Empty lots are covered with debris. I could go on for days about this, but I'm sure you get the point. If you are looking to purchase a home in a park, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!
