When we walked in we noticed the store was very crowded but the employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We asked one of them some questions about a travel system and then they pulled it from the shelf and put it up front for us. We then proceeded to the furniture section where Sean and the store manager Francis went above and beyond to help us get the all the items on our list. We special ordered the items needed that weren't in stock and purchased everything else needed. It was a very pleasant experience and within a few hours we had everything we needed (there was A LOT of stuff we were getting). We weren't too happy that the store didn't feature a number of the higher end items we wanted to view before purchasing, but we were assured that the return policy was liberal on these items.

I came in to start a registry. My representative was very knowledgeable and detailed in explanations. As I sat there waiting to receive my scanner she had to continously stop and help other people coming to register or turn in their scanners. Then she would stop again to talk to them and explain everything. Now she was very detailed and knowledgeable, I could tell this because many other associates continued to ask her multiple questions as she tried to complete my registry. (I believe this is why it took her so long to move me out of the way) she was great with a sweet personality, but as a customer to watch her have to continually stop and be distracted I was thinking I had just come at a bad time. Other than that assistance popped up through out the store (without even have to search for them). Great experience after the long wait. (^_^)
