I love their desktops here. For me, they are one of the most reliable computer stores in town.

I have been to this location for over 5 years now faithfully and always enjoy shopping there or even ordering online and pick up. amazing staff.

When Best Buy first came to the Nashville area the service was great , not so now. The Geek reps. have one comment , we need to send this computer off for repair with a cost of $100 or greater (they don't have the tools to remove 2 screws ). Nashville has many computer repair shops that may be able to repair your computer in one day. I will edit this when I contact Best Buy Corp. to find out if this is a local store issue .

Had done my home work before i went to buy. I had trouble getting assistance. The teen employees acted as if I were a nuisance trying to break up their party. The self proclaimed "expert" who finally came over to ring up my purchase tried to talk me into buying something else. He then tried to sell me VHS tapes for the digital camera I had chosen.
