We had a great experience at JD Byrider in Madison! Jeremy was very nice and attentive. For us buying our first vehicle together he made sure that the process went smooth and quickly. It is a great place and we recommend is to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

They we're very welcoming honest & helped me get into a new car the same day. Would tell people to come any time.

I would NEVER recommend J D Byrider to anyone, including enemies! They are too invasive and their guidelines are a load of crap. I do like that they create a budget for you to assess whether you can afford a car but they make their own assumptions as to what you can afford. I live at home and have no expenses except for cell phone and cigarettes totalling to no more than 300 per month. I make over $2000 per month AFTER taxes and these people have the nerve to say I can't afford it! As for being invasive, they ask questions like how much do you spend on clothes, food, video games, and even cigarettes! I have bought three cars in my life from huge chain dealers and have never been so inaccurately assessed. I was there for over 2 hours and they wasted my time! I ended up going across the street to Carnival Kia of Rivergate and they gladly accepted my down payment and credit score. The payments were actually $120 less and they didn't care how much I spent on things like cigarettes and video games. Not worth the gas or time! DON'T DO IT!
