Much better than most Buy Here Pay Here car lots. They actually seem to care! Imagine that! I would recommend Car Concepts LLC in Madison TN to anyone! They were great & so is my Lincoln Navigator I got from them! Thanks Frank & Arash for the help!

I bought a car from these guys. I needed a car in a pinch and they fit the bill.. Yes, the car has high mileage, and I knew I wasn't buying a brand new car. I was not mislead at all and they do work with you if you have problems. No complaints here, happy to own a vehicle that runs very well.

I have had no problems with car concepts. they work with me on my payments and they have also a great mechanic shop who helps me out. this place saved me I'm a single mom and my payments are not but 250 a month for my navigator u can't beat that. the staff is friendly and always helpful whenever and wherever I need them. thanks car concept ur the best.

Bought VW on line from them with 1500 miles on it. Advertised as "Like new as you would get on a showroom floor. No dents or dings". blatantly lied about the condition of the car. It cost me over $4000 to fix the hail damage. Had to take them to court to get part of my repair money back.

save ur $. go elsewhere. we paid $6k cash. check engine light came on next day. nothing but problems. spent additional $3k in repairs in 2months. Seller said he reset the check engine light. repair shop said 'this car was dumped on u; get rid of it'. its everything u think a shady salesman would be. Take ur hard earned $ elsewhere.

I got this car for what I thought was a good price. My check engine light came on while on my way home from the place. My car was in limp mode. Come to find out it needed a mass air flow sensor. I later found out that it didnt even have an air filter in it. Since I've had the car (1 year now) I've had to put in 2 mass air flow sensors, air filter, new front axle and my transmission has been messing up for a couple months. The heat hasnt worked since day one and when my check engine light came on, it popped up 7 different codes!!! They obviously turned the light off because 7 codes wouldnt pop up in the hour it took me to drive home.... Also, my headliner fell down about 4 months after I had the car and I've had (and still have) a bad oil leak and I had an antifreeze leak and had to replace the resivoir because it was cracked. I also had to change the drive belt (it was cracked), which in an audi its hard to get to because they had to take the whole front end apart to get to it. Overall, not very appreciative of these people and feel like they screwed me. Would never recommend or buy from them.
