My step son broke his glasses the middle of Feb. when taking them there to get them fixed we were told it would be 7-10 days to get them back they had to be approved by the insurance. It had been 2 1/2 weks and still had not heard anything so my husband called and was told they had not heard back from insurance and would call us when they did. Two weeks later we still had not heard anything so he called back. When he called this time he was told no one had sent them off to the insurance. It has since been two more weeks and we still have not heard from them or can be given a valid reason for the problem and still almost two months later have no glasses for my step son.

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone or answer questions without feeling like you are "bothering" them. Have tried several times today to reach them with no answer at all. Last pair of glasses I purchased I had to get adjusted because they gave me a headache, and afterwards I still could not wear them.

I take my whole family for vision care and never had a problems with any of myeyeware or theirs in the past to present of 10 years I have getting service . Thepeople are very nice.
