I have been a regular client of Rachel Freeman at England's Hair Salon in Rivergate (Madison), TN for several years now. She offers great salon services at reasonable prices. I also like that she is always willing to show me how to style a new cut or give color or cut recommendations and tips!

They dont even deserve 1 star! My husband had bought me a gift certificate to this salon. The massage felt like baby hands after paying extra for deep tissue, the polish on the Shalack manicure was so thick it peeled right off. When I called to make last appointment the receptionist was so rude and it took 3 weeks to get in. Salon nightmare!! Can't imagine letting them provide a hair service!!!

Worst place ever for scheduling! Had an appt April 26th for over a month and took off from work early and was called an hour before my appt to cancel bc someone called out, gave them a second chance and rescheduled for today June 1st at 11 am. I took the day off, I show up and was told I'd have to wait an hour and a half before I could even be seen!! I WILL not ever be going there again and I will be getting my money back on the groupon!
