I moved into a renovated apartment back in Aug,2013. Since then I have had flickering lights that were supposed to be repaired, a lady beetle infestation, My newly reglazed tub has peeled( I have to go somewhere for 24 hours for them to fix that), my toilet was leaking. There is no insulation under the tub so the bathroom is constantly freezing, I have no hot water in my tub.. if you push the handle over and hold it , you can get hot water. And now the wiring problem that was supposed to be fixed has me up in the middle of the night with no major appliances and no heat!!! The surge allows the stove to come on but it will not heat up, nor will the dryer, the water heater, or the heat period. This apartment was a big disappointment. I pay 725.00 a month and I think my money can get me better than this. As soon as I get a chance I am moving.
p.s. I called the emergency number an hour ago... no response.
