The apt complex I rented from mailed this office a check for 500.00 as a returned deposit; they can't find it and never applied it to my balance. I went to the office to discuss, they could not locate my fax or Fedex package? The office is very unprofessional and there is no privacy. I've left numerous messages with no returns calls.
