I have been taking my dog here for the past 4 months and its been Hell.
The first time I took him, they cut a plug in his face so big.. the scar/scab still remains.
I figured it was an honest mistake, took him back, they cut his ear, forgot to remove the hair out of his ear canal and he now has an ear infection. I am paying cash for medicine for his infection and cannot believe how unprofessional this group of people are.
TRASH...TRASH..TRASH.. If you take your dog here you should be ashamed.

We have been using Paw Prints for over a year now, after a bad experience with our English Mastiff puppy. The puppy was very scared when we went there due to what happened at the other place and they were very patient with her and very gentle. Our dog is now 2 years old and the people at Paw Prints are still very good to her and at her size and weight and even though our puppy is truly a gentle giant she is still a giant of a dog and she does have a stubborn streak, they are knowledgeable enough to know how to handle our dog and the dog is always glad to go there and shows no signs of neglect or poor grooming when we pick her up. Everyone we have met there have always been professional in their behavior to us.

The owners seem to have flat-line personality with customers and the pets. The prices they charge is the one good thing about them. However, they do a poor job on general grooming.

Thank you for the great job you always do on my cavalier. So wouldn't take her anywhere else! She is always so excited on entering your shop. Now that's the best compliment a dog can give a place.

These people have no idea what they are doing. I took my Maltese puppy to them and they burnt his balls with the sheers and his fur is choppy!! Poor baby is in so much pain, he's not playful now and he won't eat because he's so depressed and in pain. He won't even walk to the door to go outside to use the bathroom anymore, I have to carry him outside. I've been putting neosporin plus pain reliever on his boy parts, hopefully he will heal soon! I will never take him here again. Please don't take your dog here!!!

Where do i start , i moved in 2011 with my dogs from NJ & i didnt have a groomer locally & HONESTLY i hate petsmart or petco so i tried them as a last resort as my dogs were looking like mops LITERALLY ! so i took them and they called me saying my dog was not letting them cut their hair my babies were terrified , so i goggled and found this amazing place i have been going here every 3-4months to take my two dogs and there amazing they even put feathers on my chloes hair . I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM to anyone who wants to deal with a family owned business that cares about quality and loves animals instead of QUANTITY like these other shops .
