I loved everything about my experience with ford

Salesman was very polite and courteous, very helpful, and the finance personell was very helpful also.

I will definitely never again will be taking my car back here again, the 2 times I've received their services I have been left with no money because there's always a hundred things going wrong with the car, and me wanting to trust them I would let them do it, but NO MORE! I recently went in to get my a/c checked cause it was making a weird noise, they found 5 other things wrong with the car, and promised that would fix it, the next they I went to pick up my car they said they found some other stuff that was wrong with my car, I told them no thanks I'm going somewhere else.

Husband was really excited about the room and comfort of the vehicle as well as the gas mileage rating.

This questionnaire is based on sales. The purpose if my visit was related to service. Car was service by Mike and Thomas. However the whole service department is to be commended. Treated with the up most respect.

It went very smooth and our salesman Dave was exceptional! It was a very great experience and everything was explained in detail to us about the car. Dave set up my phone to the cars uvo app and gave us a full tank if gas! Thank you so much we love our car!

I had done research online and knew what I was looking for. As I drove through the lot, Jackson came to me and asked to help. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and he brought it over for a test drive. Jackson was very knowledgeable on the vehicle's features and performance.
