Our pizza is made using only high-quality ingredients from start to finish. We start with freshly made dough, never frozen, and cold proofed like in bread bakeries, or as with Champagnes or beers, allowing the flavors to develop. The dough is sealed with a layer of rich olive oil. The secret is also in the sauce—our pizza sauce is made of Italian Pear Tomatoes, fresh packed at the fields at the peak of ripeness and never frozen; olive oil; and a combination of spices. We use our own mix of cheeses, shredded and blended for the best in flavor and freshness. Lastly, we slice and chop our fruits, vegetables, and meats to ensure the highest quality experience for our customers. That’s how we do pizza.

Good pizza at a good price. Can be a little slow at peak times, otherwise best in town. Fries are good, but overpriced. Loved the fried mushrooms.

These are new owners and seem ...

These are new owners and seem more concerned about what they like than what the customers like. They have made changes from the GREAT service and menu that Two Brothers had. The changes we see are mostly NOT for the better ! It is still a good place to eat because of the manager and staff, but the owners need to listen to feedback from customers.

New owners have turned the place around

Since the change of owners in april of 2008 the food has been outstanding. Hand thrown pizza and fresh salads are great. Plan ahead for Friday nights. At times waits can be as much as an hour, but so worth the wait. Call ahead for dine in and the pizza will be ready, fresh and hot when you get there. You will want to return soon.
