The seamstress did an AMAZING job on my wedding dress! It was a very challenging piece to fit (single piece of lace) but she made it fit like a glove!

Darlene has been altering my special occasion dresses, including my wedding dress, and every single bridesmaid dress, since my prom dress in 1999. I wouldn't even think to take my alterations anywhere else. She does amazing work and is always good for a laugh whenever I go in to the store.

I inquired today about a zipper repair for a jacket. I found the owner to be rude and condescending. At worst the customer service is poor, at best the service is inefficient and slow. As a direct result of this interaction I will not do business with Altered States Alterations now or at any time in the future.
