Locked my keys in while at work, It took about thirty minutes from call to arrival, in no rush-hour/peak early afternoon. They guy only needed a minute or two to open the door, easy push of the electronic "unlock" button on the door. Cost $65, which seems high compared to other locksmiths. Their website does not list any cost or pricing, and the 'receipt' was just a bare-bones "this is how much you paid" kind of thing. I would suggest confirming reasonable pricing before accepting their service.

I visited Bob's today because my roommate lost her keys and I wanted to get her a new set as a funny birthday gift before she replaced her old ones. We rent downtown and when I asked at my leasing office I was told I would have to pay 20$ per Key and an additional 40$ for the fob. I wasn't planning on spending that much nor did I think this was a very reasonable price. I walked over to Bill's to plead my case and I was greeted with open arms and was met with outstanding customer service. The total was only 10$ for 2 keys, prices do vary depending on the keys you need copied, but that was substantially better than 40$. I was so overjoyed. They take great care of you over at Bill's and they understand that people make mistakes, lose things, or lock themselves out. They're not here to profit off of your misfortunes, but instead they offer their services to help you over such obstacles and move on with your day. I highly recommend. They're quick, they're reasonably priced, and they care about their customers.

Most definitely the best locksmith around! I use them for my home and my business. Service is great, they even came back on a Sunday with a rare part to save the look of my antique door for no additional charge. They are the great to work with!
