Bluephies has a very eclectic menu, but more importantly, the food is excellent, so it's not just gimmicky. They take a variety of commonplace menu items, but give them a unique flair that you won't find anywhere else. Oh, and you must get the cookie dough eggrolls and Butterfinger wontons!

Bluephie's is my favorite restaurant in Madison. Everything is so good -- from the bread & butter you start out with to the desserts. The entrees are different enough to be interesting, but not so out there that they taste completely off.

if you love your dishes with a lot of flavor... the type of flavors that are hard to reproduce in your own kitchen, this is one of my favorite dining spots. sip a glass or wine and save room for desserts (the carrot cake is the best around). yum
