I want to upgrade my cable box to a dvr. I have made 4 attempts at calling local numbers and all I get are people who can't help me because they are not local. And they don't have local numbers. This is idiotic. The first call i made, he told me to go to a charter store in Fitchburg Wisconsin. When I called I got a 888 number. We shouldn't have switched. Direct tv would never treat their customers like you are.
