If you enjoy interacting with arrogant and condescending sale clerks, shop here!! I went in as I notice they carry Hunter rain boots. Although they had one or two clerks not serving customers, no one inquired if I needed help. It was quite obvious I was looking for boots, as I moved from the window display, to the full display and then onto a sales rack where they had boots as well. When a clerk finally passed me in the aisle, she note that those would be too small! Last time I will step into this store!

Cornblooms is one of my favorite stores in Madison. They have unique shoes and accessories that are different from the usual items found in most department stores. High quality and high fashion footwear. They also sell Brighton and Pandora. During my last visit I started a Pandora bracelet and already want to go back for more beads!

I read some other reviews and saw that people complained about the return policy. It is short, but as long as you are aware of the store policy you won't have a problem shopping there. The girls that work there have always been friendly and super helpful when I'm there.

One of my best shopping experiences was at Cornblooms. The staff was friendly and spent quite some time one on one with me trying to find the perfect shoe for my son's wedding. They had a great selection (not just high priced like some other reviews I read) and I will continue to shop their until my husband cuts me off :-)

I shopped here for the first time this week and had a bad experience. I bought a pair of shoes on sale, and when I got home found that they were defective. I tried to return them two days later, and had a 30 minute argument with the manager before she would even give me store credit. Also, it was clear I was a new customer in the store, and they did not warn me while buying them that there is a 'final sale' policy on sale items. While the receipt does say sale items are final sale, the print is very tiny and at the bottom of the page. And it does not say 'as is', so since the shoes were defective, I should've gotten a full refund. The manager even had the nerve to suggest that I try reselling the shoes on Amazon.com.



For such an upscale store, I felt that I was treated very rudely and I will not shop there ever again.
