We are so pleased with our new floor! We checked at several stores and Crown was able to give us the best price AND the quickest install. Both Bob, the salesperson, and Heladio and Marco, our installers, were courteous and professional; our installers vacuumed the floor before beginning on both install days and after they were finished, so no mess for me to clean up! I will definitely use Crown flooring again!

We've had close interactions with four folks at Crown Flooring over the years and all of them have been professional, respectful, responsive, and low-stress. We appreciate their commitment to the customer, to their service and products. We cannot rate them high enough.

Dave and his team were very communicative with me and treated the project like a partnership. I have a very busy schedule and they worked with me on that. I had a custom epoxy floor installed which, each piece is unique. Dave was present at the time of the coloring to ensure it had the look I was striving for. All touch-ups near the end were completed to my satisfaction. It was very important to Dave that my expectations were met, and they were...well within the estimate provided at the start of the project.

I never felt like a scam was being played. In fact these are down-to-earth people who were on their hands and knees working hard on my floor, just so I could have the end product I desired. With a project this unique, there needs to be a reasonable give and take. Dave was on point with communicating and never lost sight of what we first discussed for the project final expectation.

I'm kind of surprised by the negative reviews. We just completed our third project with them - and they have installed hardwood, tile, and carpet for us - and have always done a fantastic job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, and always recommend them when it comes to flooring/tile installation.

They showed up late, then decided to put work off a day. Second day were not here on time! Very convenient, as I had to stop eating & drinking as this was my only bathroom & taking meds. I was admonished for having only one bathroom. Left mess & equipment behind, used my personal towels as rags to clean up. They never leave things as they were when they got here, You would think that after knowing I was not happy with the way they did things the first time they would try harder. No let just irritate customer!!! In the light of day I have discovered more issues with the work preformed and damages to my property.

Very rude and seemed like they were just out to get a buck. They don't stand behind there work at all!! They own a restoration company named Certi-Dry. I can only imagine the scamming they are doing to the customer and insurance companies. This did no happen to me but It did to my poor mother!!
