In my hunt for a new apartment, I contacted this company via their website to get more information on one of their properties where an apartment was available that was advertised on Craig's List I received an email back a few days later giving me the same information as the ad on Craig's List and a number to call to setup a showing. I immediately called and had to leave a message. I never heard back. i called two more times, each resulting in me having to leave a message. I never received a phone call back. This was over a week and a half period. I then emailed the person I was corresponding with before explaining the situation and asked if someone could please call me to setup an appointment. Another couple days later she emailed back telling me that the apartment had been rented and she was "sorry to hear you've had trouble getting a hold of us." She also offered up a more expensive apartment option. Needless to say I will not be renting from this company.
