My landlord has asked for assistance,application arrived today,he collects two thirds utilities from renters,he cheated us last year by getting assisstance from another agency last year.name Robert Johnson 925 Nelson St, Stoughton Wi We pay our share of utilities he is supposed to pay one third.My phone number was left on voice mail,I hope you will talk with me and not discuss my name or number.I am trying tomove from here because the landlord is a slumlord.
