Flexible lease, responsive management, pet-friendly, basement storage units, reasonable rent, great location next to Elver Park, nice tenants. I rented here for a few months while between selling my home and buying a new one. Everything in apartment in good working condition and clean. My loft had two large decks, one facing the front, the other facing the woods of Elver Park. Stairwells and halls are a bit beat-up but pretty much what I'd expect for this rent. Overall, a very good experience, positives far outweigh any negatives.
