Glide Disc Golf is a nice little pro shop tucked into a row of store fronts next to Hiestand Park Disc Golf Course in Madison Wisconsin. They have a wide selection of discs, plastics and brands. Very reasonably priced.



My two friends and I went up to Wisconsin in July for a weekend of disc golf. We stopped at the Hiestand Park course, but it was absolutely packed so we wandered over to Glide Disc Golf, which was just across the street.



As I mentioned, the selection is very nice. At the time, my friends and I were only familiar with Innova and Discraft. Looking back, I am sure they also carried Gateway, Millennium, and many other brands. There was a little shelf in the corners with branded towels, mugs, shirts, etc -- all emblazoned with their own glide logo. The logo was cool and the quality was very good. Under the tables in the front, they also carried a nice selection of disc golf bags. Both of my friends picked up a nice little Innova bag to carry the wealth of discs we bought.



The owners (Mike and Derek if I recall correctly) were very nice and helpful. They even pointed us towards another course, Vallarta-Ast near Madison, which they believed would be less busy and even more fun to play. I am happy to report that we had a blast.



If you find yourself in Madison, stop by this little shop. It does not disappoint.
