Do not order from this company unless you know FOR SURE you know what you are getting. I ordered something about midnight and the confirmation did not come until late the next day at which time it gave me a full description that was not listed on the website. If it were listed, I would not have ordered the item. I contacted them immediately by email to say that I didn't want the item listed and to cancel the order and not charge my account. I also called them, and they do not answer their phone. They advise you to leave a name and number. I've left 3 messages in two days and noone will call me back. The best I got was "we will do our best to cancel the order" in an email. I know for a fact that they did not ship the item at that time, but I just called my account which was charged even though I advised them not to charge it and cancel the order. I emailed them again and called again, but noone will contact me. If I don't get a call in the next day, the next call will be to the BBB to file a complaint.

I just don't understand them running a business this way. I don't believe they are there for the customer. I would think twice about ordering from them.

great atmosphere. obviosly stylist love what they do and do it well. friendly and enjoyable experience and a great cut for only $15.00!!
