Kathleen is an Executive Senior Sales Director in Mary Cosmetics.  She has been in the Company since December 1977.   Prior to Mary Kay she grew up on a farm in Pardeeville Wisconsin, working since she was 11 years old on farms, in factories, restaurants, nursing homes and difference sales organizations.  She ended up as a trainer for Marc’s Big Boy and helped open up stores throughout the state and Illinois.   She went to college for 2 years in fashion merchandising.   As a Ex. Sr. Sales Director, Kathleen is responsible to find, train, motivate and help woman achieve their financial dreams in Mary Kay.    She has had on going training for the last 33 years on leadership, mentoring, personality profiling, extensive glamour, skin care, communications, meetings, positive attitude, business, recruiting, selling techniques,  generating leads, and much more.   She has a $50 million dollar area, with over 64 Directors, and 5000 consultants.   Some of her awards are:   1/2 million dollar club Trip to Switzerland for her and her husband Free car for 33 years, including 4 pink Cadillac's Full length mink coat Over $30,000 in jewelry Gold Medals Star prizes for 113 quarters, including cloths, furniture, dishes, toys, games, TV’s, luggage, electronics, just to name a few. Miss Go Give for the Diem National Area two times.   Her greatest asset is to love and appreciate everyone for who they are and believe that everyone has something to offer.   She is known for her incredible training skills throughout the Mary Kay World, training thousands of consultants and Directors including Lisa Madson who is a top National in the company and was number one in the world for 7 years in a row.    For information, call 608-222-0847
