I went to Plan B the other night. Overall I had a good time while I was there, but the customer service was awful. So much so that the price of a beer quite literally changed from my first order to the second. The bartender was not friendly, and served guests of a certain look/type before others. (I saw it many times in the 15 minutes it took for me to actually get served.) Also a $10 minimum credit card charge is a bit old school, and excessive. Not to mention the false advertising of saying their won't be a cover, and then charging $5 at the door saying, "oh that was only for the first 30 people".
