For the past 3 years, I would have called myself a happy resident. However, lately they have begun to let the place run down. Emergency calls are not responded to (I had to spend 2 days in an apartment with a heat index over 100 F, and my the "emergency maintenance" people decided this wasn't not sufficient enough for an emergency. Add to the fact that I take 3 medications that explicitly state to avoid high heat, and I can fairly say that I believed this apartment complex put my life in danger.The repair technician also admitted that he get yelled at if he goes out to fix things. It was a nice place to live, but I would avoid at all costs personally.
