I have taken my special needs child here for 5 years. They used to be good, but not anymore. Im having the same cancellation and billing problems others have talked about. First, the psychiatrist constantly reschedules. I understand this because I have special needs kids and I have to reschedule sometimes too so Im willing to deal with it. Now, Im being charged $150 for an appointment I canceled. At first I was told I didn't cancel, but I had the phone records to prove it. Then I was told I did cancel, but since I rescheduled one appointment and then canceled another (two days in advance) I was being charged $150. NEVER have they told me that if I rescheduled an appointment and canceled I would be charged $150!!! NEVER! The kicker is the appointment I rescheduled was one that they rescheduled because the psychiatrist wouldn't be in on the date I originally scheduled and that was what they had free. Rescheduling happens far more often on the psychiatrists side than mine. My child was extremely ill and I knew he would not be able to make the appointment two days in advance so I canceled. I was told that was fine. Now I have $150 bill and they wont budge. Billing is completely at their discretion and they will find any way to charge you whether its legit or not. I will never EVER go there again.
