terrible coustomer service!!! i found this salon online and made a call to inquire about a certain hairdresser, i was told that this person was not employed here and not to call again because I "called last week" mind you today is the first time iv ever heard of this place. my response was " iv never called you before and no need to be rude" after this i was hung up on. when i called back i had numbers being pressed in my ear. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
