Even one whole star is too much. I picked out a ring my boyfriend wanted to get me for mothers day. thank god we plan ahead like crazy. i wanted my daughters birthstone in it, which is different than the stone that usually come in this particular ring. we order it, and the sales associate Andrea tells us it will be ready in 1 week! Awesome right!?! NOT!! So a week later they call my bf to let him know its ready to be picked up. he gets there and they have no idea what hes talking about. Come to find out Andrea had absolutely no knowledge of anything since custom orders take 4 weeks. Mind you i ordered this ring March 16, 2014. They then give me a new pick up date of MAY 9!!!!!!!!! 7 weeks after i ordered the ring. why 3 weeks longer than what you promise custom orders to be? also, their only way of "trying to make the situation better" was to offer us a $50 in store credit! LIKE I EVER WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! That will never happen. it gets worse though. I called yesterday to check on the status of my ring and Andrea once again answers and lets me know they tried calling 4 days ago but the call didnt go threw and they NEVER BOTHERED TO GET AHOLD OF ME EVER AGAIN IN ANY OTHER WAY!!! I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN MY RING WAS EVEN FINALLY IN!! they have my email address, home address, boyfriends phone number and mine. tried dialing one number once and it didnt work so they just said F*** IT!! I sure would have heard from them IF THEY DIDNT ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY!!!!! this was only a 100$ ring that they couldnt even handle. we will never ever shop there again!!
