They technicians are nice but they don't have their stuff together. Quoted me a lower price to have my window put up until they could get the part I needed. Then they came a week later to replace the part and realized they needed a piece they didn't have. They said they'd come back as soon as possible. That was 2 weeks ago. I keep having to call and getting told someone will call me back and they don't... they said they'll come tomorrow or Saturday when I called so fingers crossed.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!



The technician, a loose use of the term, who was missing several front teeth (which should have been a red flag) broke the first windshield he tried to install. I had to wait 4 days for the glue to dry before I could get a new windshield installed.



When the same technician installed the 2nd windshield, he broke the windshield wiper mount.



7 days later a different technician, who looked like he had just been paroled, arrived with his "supervisor" and they spent 2 hours replacing the wiper mount and re-installing the wipers correctly.



After I parked the car, I noticed that I could see through the windshield into my car in both of the bottom corners!!!!! I also noticed the trim on the passenger side was becoming unglued.



I could not recommend these guys LESS!

I had an appointment scheduled today to have my windshield repaired. I was there early for my appointment and waited about 15 minutes after my scheduled time to give them a call since no one was there. They told me someone would be there shortly and then called back a few minutes later to say that they were not able to get the glass and were not coming. I would not recommend scheduling an appointment with this company,since they probably won't show up and don't even have the decency to give you a call.
