I came here about 2weeks ago to swap my IPHONE 6 out only because the first one was defective. The lady who helped me claimed to be a manager. I arrived at about 7:15pm they close at 8pm and because the defective phone was so new a simple swap shouldn't take long. She said 20minutes. On my defective phone I had a really nice screen protector and she told me you can't use these once they are put on the phone, and before I could say anything another associate jumped in and said "wait I got this" I do it all the time!! She pulled a pocket knife out and got the corner of the screen protector up the next thing she snaps the cover, I felt like this was some how my fault, and then the associate who broke the cover said here we have one for $39.99 so I purchased it for my new phone, after I bought it I was trying to look for something in my bag and I look back at the counter and the manager tore open my new screen protector package "I never told anyone to open or place the new one on. I'm feeling more frustrated at this point because she touched the sticky part of my protector after spending money after they snapped mine. I told her I'll do it when I get back home. She repackaged it. As I stay quiet I look over and this manager is going through my personal pictures. I felt invaded... Why are you going in my pictures for a swap out? Oh making sure all your pictures are there.. She continued. I should've reached over the counter but I didn't. Now my apps are just beginning to load and it's about 7:50pm the manger asked if I had wifi at home I was honest and said NO.. she handed my new phone to me and said well you can go to a Starbucks and finish this download. I asked her there's no way we can finish here? she said were closed so I left.

So they damaged my old phone protector I bought a new one and she puts finger prints on the new one.. Now it won't stick, I wasn't able to get phone 100% stored there and I spent money I didn't have to.
