We ordered a countertop through the owner of the company in mid October. We were promised that we would get the countertop right away. My husband called the owner about a week later to check up on the status. The owner forgot about it and said that he would have it done by that Friday. When my husband went to their shop to pick it up on that Friday the workers had no idea what he was talking about and told him that the owner was out in a meeting. My husband then tried contacting the owner numerous times with no luck of ever speaking to him. Also we have never received a call back. A month later my husband contacted the owner again from a different number and the owner did answer that call. When the status of the countertop was brought up, the owner said he has to talk to us about that but now is not a good time. We are certain that we will not be getting a call back.



They obviously don't need/want any business. After our experience with them we would be happy to take our business elsewhere. And we will make it known to anyone else that we know that needs countertops to NOT do business with Topwrights.

I work at a non-profit organization. We were given a grant to have the kitchen remodeled. The counter tops themselves are fine HOWEVER the install was terrible. Within the 1st years we had to call Topwrights several times to have them reinstall the back splashes, address seperating seams, and refill missed or poorly applied silicon. WHEN they returned a call they would quickly send someone out however it was never the person they initially had do the istallation. With so many issues why wouldn't you?

We were told repeatedly that it was a building settling issue however the building is 40 years old and has never had similar issues with the previous set of counters. For what was paid, it was NOT good or fair service. Their follow-up and resolution to the issues was poor as well. I will NOT recommend and will NEVER use again!
