Are u still located at the same place in Madison wi ? Where’s your new shop ?

I made an appointment to get my hair braided (this was my second visit after having a good first visit) & the woman said my date & time was good for her. I get to the hair shop & not only was the woman NOT there, she was hours out of town. She gave me no notice, never said she was going to be late. I texted her after waiting 5 minutes & she said she was “sorry for being late” & that it would be another couple hours before she was back in town to do my hair. I drove all the way across town just to be told that she wouldn’t be there. So unprofessional with no consideration of the client’s time and money. I will never go back.

Review below was from a client when I was away on vacation overseas and had a friend working in shop. This person no longer works in the shop, and this experience is not representative of the service I provide...I always gladly work to resolve any issues with a dissatisfied client.

The customer service is HORRIBLE and i would not recommend this shop to anyone! The woman took 10 hours to do my hair, and talked about me in french, not knowing i took french for 8 years and could understand EVERYTHING she was saying. Explained to her i wanted my braids long, and she purposely cut them (only in the back where i can not see) so that there is a natural long look in the front, and the back is cut carelessly and not proportioned with the front. She then changed the hair price, 3x while she was doing my hair! She walked around the shop with her shoes off, pants unbuttoned, and talked on the phone the entire 10hours. I will never return to this shop ever again.
