This place is awful... I live there from Dec 5, 2009 to Nov 30, 2012. This place does not do any maintenance on their property. I have a leak in the ceiling from the upstairs bathroom for 6 weeks. I had to call the Building Inspector's office on this place many time.



My door bell didn't work, it only took them a whole year to fix it properly, and finally they called a licensed electrician. My toilet was leaking water from the base and I called the after hours emergency phone provided by the management company and nobody would every answer your phone calls in the middle of the night or on weekends.



The dumpsters in the parking lot take up a parking space. They never police their parking lots, and tenants friends park wherever they feel like it. There is also under ground parking at Cottage Grove Road and the other tenants that pay for the parking allow their friends to park down there and they aren't supposed to do that, but when you tell the management company about it, they do nothing.



From what I hear, I knew of other people that lived on some of their other property and it was the same way.

Nothing works in these apartments. The building leaks water in the foundation, and the basements have mold problems. Someone has a pipe busting in their apartment every week (not joking). After works maintenance guys never answer the phone, my toilet was leaking on the floor from the base of the toilet, and they said that it doesn't warrant an emergency. I ask for my bathtub to be fixed for 6 weeks, and I has to call the building inspector on them a number of times. The parking lot and sidewalks are never cleared off in the winter. The outside lighting on the building aren't very good, the parking lot is very dark at night. People that don't live here or are staying with people and aren't supposed to be here parking in the parking lots, management does nothing about it.
