I will preface this with the fact that Gordon did offer me a refund, however he was very unprofessional in doing so. Therefore, I do not feel comfortable taking my car back to him to remove my tint. I took my car on Saturday and got the tint done. I contacted him on Sunday because there were lots of bubbles, a few places that weren’t tucked in and the small windows in the back were visually not cut straight. He checked it out on Monday and said that bubbles were normal. He also told me he wasn’t going to redo my back windows because he would never be able to get them perfect. As he rolled one of my windows down to tuck in a spot, I noticed that the line was cut very sloppy. I cracked all the windows and noticed the passenger side window was making a noise as if film wasn’t tucked in. Under further inspection, I noticed that the tint did not even go up to the front of the window. I will post photos in the comments. I contacted Gordon again and he responded in an unprofessional tone. I did tell him that I would bring my car in, but I have since decided that I do not want to deal with him any longer. He has also blocked me from messaging him. I will also include those messages. He also blocked me so I was unable to leave a review on Facebook.
