Customer Service Sucks

I have been dealing with this company for 2 year now and at first they were OK but it has been 4 weeks (yes I said 4 weeks) that our trash hasn't been picked up. We have gotten a lot of excuses and even a few lies but no service. They say they will definetly pick it up on a certain day but don't even have the courtesy to call us back to say they aren't coming. We have been EXTREMELY patient with this company but enough is enough. When we asked about our bill being adjusted for the month we paid for but didn't get service we were told....."it's only $12 a month". It's not about the money, it's about you giving me the service I paid for and not lying to your customers. By the way, I still haven't had my trash picked up.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. I have a business account and 2 residential homes that they are suppose to pick up. When I tried to cancel the "so called contract" he told me he would turn me over the the collection agency. I have called, emailed and begged for someone to pick up my trash. I've taken pictures of it and emailed it to them. The owner indicates that he has 30 days to fix any problems and that he has done this...well I said NO HE HASN'T, nor anyone from his company. He told me the amount of my trash was the issue. Sorry, but that is pure BS. If you go with this company after all that has been said, you deserve them. I would recommend Republic services, out of Mayfield, KY

the only reason I gave this company one star rating is because it won't let me give them a -1!

This is the most AWFUL disposal company I have ever dealt with. Ever since they got the contract for our area our trash is picked up on time if we are lucky only about 50% of the time. One week they skipped our entire street for the whole week! I had to call them 5 times that week and got excuse after excuse. The whole time I was without my can because it was full. Every time called they give the excuses of either an employee was sick, or truck broke down, or truck issues, etc....



I do not recommend them and advise you to not use them. They obviously are under sub-standard management. Unfortunately they are the only provider in our area or I would drop them like a bad habit. As I write this I have had to call them again because we were missed yesterday. The excuse: Truck issues.....whatever that means.

This company is HORRIBLE!!!! They NEVER come on the day schedule. As a matter of fact they NEVER come at all!!!! It has been over a month since they have emptied our trash bin!! I pay 55.15 a month for them to pick it up once a week. The garbage is falling out all over my yard and the animals are getting in it!! I have called them NUMEROUS times and when I leave a message they NEVER return my phone call! When I ask to speak to a manager they put me on hold for 25 mins. When the "manager" if that is what you call him FINALLY picks up the phone and I explain my situation...he puts me on hold again and gives me to someone else. They have told me about 25 times that they will be here tomorrow. Guess what....my trash is still flooding over. I guess the only option I have left is to light a match in the bin to empty the trash myself or hook up to it with my truck and haul it to a ditch somewhere!! They are the WORSE company I have ever dealt with in my life!! If I could give negative stars, I would!!!! I don't imagine they will be in business for long with employees like this! If I could contact the owners, I would.....but there is NO number or email to contact them. I would NOT waste my time or money on this company. You will be stuck with stinky trash!!

I agree with the review about the careless drivers missing your can - it may not seem like a big deal but when you have a full trash can and no where to store additional trash without animals getting in to it - it really becomes frustrating when they can't even pick up your trash on time or at all! My pick up day is Thursday - half the time he misses my can or comes on Friday instead - we never know when he's coming so we almost have to leave the trash out at all times & then we're lucky if he picks it up! I understand they are delayed by a day if there is a holiday but here it is a day after my pick up day (new year week) and no trash man. They use the same excuse "trucks broke down" well that's not our problem - there are many trucks out there - take the money you charge your customers and BUY SOME NEW ONES! This is ridiculous! Monday morning I'm looking for a new trash company. You can definitely tell they are "family owned" and don't know what they are doing half the time.

This company is HORRIBLE! They do not do their job & when you call to complain they hang up on you or refuse to return your calls. The employees are arrogant, rude & pretentious! They do NOT appreciate the customers they have & think they rule the world. For a trash company, they sure do treat their customers like GARBAGE! I called to complain after they missed my trash, they admitted it was their mistake & promised to pick my trash up the next day. The next day came & went and they still didn't pick it up. Then SHANE (manager) says he never told me that...I'm not sure why a person would make something like that up & then waste time complaining about it? They refused to give me the contact information for the owner of the company & I am yet to receive a courtesy call from the owners. They picked up my trash can & kept 3/4 of my refund. They stuck $14 in my mailbox like cowards and refuse to even speak to me. I guess it's easier to ignore me than to admit that they didn't do their job & apologize. Thank goodness for BBB reviews & online reviews! I will not rest until the owner BRETT CHAPPELL apologizes for how terrible I was treated as a paying customer. Is customer service really dead? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! Pay a company who actually appreciates the people who pay their bills!!
