Provided by YP.comRUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Wouldn't accept my insurance card because it only had my husband's name on it even though only his card is required! She actually rolled her eyes as we were trying to explain it to her. She said, "I know for a FACT that you have a card with your name on it instead of his." Ummm... his card covers both our policies. She wouldn't even try to run it through or call it in or anything. She refused. I took my business elsewhere and had absolutely no further problems. I will NEVER go there again. What a bad experience.
