horrible business i bought a bike on ebay from them i live in ohio they are in KN so i called before i purchased the bike on the listing the add said the bike ran great and rode good also so i called to confirm that and i was told that the bike was in perfect running condition so i drove to KN they had not gotten it ready they went in the back room it was burried in with junk it had to be put on a jump box as it was totally dead the bik would not start they cranked it non stop for 30 mins then started spraying it with starting fluid it would not stay running then they started turning the adjustment screws on the carb to idle it up and try to get it to stay running the bike ran horrible it was backfiring and puffing black smoke threw the carbs he then kept telling me that it was running great they would not work with me and treated me like crap just kept trying to get me to pay them 4000 so they could load it i left with no bike 1300 mile round trip happy i diddnt get it shipped

Terrible company. They list the parts for a motorcycle and it wasn't even for the right motorcycle. Refused to refund shipping charges I spent shipping item back to them. They cost me more time and money than what it was worth. stay away from these people
