Sloan Center Hardware is the best hardware store in town. You can find everything you need, and just walk around in the store, and you're bound to find lots of other things you will want to buy. This place has everything. Fron old fashioned Lodge cast iron skillets and dutch ovens, to nails by the pound,and ricers for the kitchen. They have plumbing supplies and any hardware you need. Tack for the horseman or woman, saddles, horseshoes, and even the old fashioned hard to find horehound candy, and assorted stick candy.Feed for the livestock, and seed for the garden. It's like walking back in time to the old hardware stores from childhood. Sloan's has it all.Adjoining the hardware id a gas station and even a restaraunt. I swear, you can spend hours there, and me and the wife usually do. We bought a red Radio Flyer wagon last week rom there to put the Christmas presents in for under the tree, and bought a lot of our Christmas gifts there. It's a shopper's delight.I love this place.
