DO NOT hire this attorney!!!! He is incompetent!!!!! We went to court to have child support raised and back child support paid. The judge ordered child support more than doubled and all child support arrears paid in full in 30 days. The full amount of back child support was not paid in 30 days and they gave my ex a call and was shown a copy of a money order and told it was in the mail. They took that as payment, a payment I never received! No attachment went out NOTHING! The child support was supposed to be raised as I mentioned, but wasn't because my incompetent lawyer only filed the order at the courthouse and not the financial worksheet needed to raise the child support!!!!!! And his office will not return any phone calls to myself or child support services they just send me a bill for $280 and refuse to do anything!!!!!!
