This guy is NOT to be trusted at all!! Took ADVANTAGE of my 83 year old mother, said it needed a new hard drive. Originally it was my computer, it was a fantastic computer before he got his hands on it! All it needed was to have the cookies cleaned out and the antivirus up dated and cleaned. Well after I paid $190.00 it is even worse now. VERY SLOW! Said would get a warranty with paper work. Gave her nothing. I've called him at least 6 times and told him "nicely" not to screw her over with this computer. And yet he did! She only looks at facebook and plays free cell. If the hard drive was no good, how was he able to get her pictures out of the original hard drive and put them back in her new (yet questionable) hard drive?? Tried to trade the computer for a tablet??? She doesn't even have wi-fi, or wireless. She has Crest View for her computer. He knew this, as he came to her home and unhooked it!!! This is sooo wrong on soo many levels!!! When I told him this was so wrong of what hes doing and that computer was actually mine, he got REALLY quiet! I live in Las Vegas and wish I could just get in my car and go see this Jessy person. If he does not resolve the problem my credit card company will!!!!!

Don't trust him, too upset to tell you what he has done. Jessy, from Madras Computers is not to be trusted!

beware. I went there with my dell laptop and after the charged me a fee to look at it the told me it was beyond repair and and said they would throw it away. few days later I checked and they repaired it and had it for sale for 280. basically robbed me. never did a review but I am pissed
