Madras High School provides academic courses in grades nine through 12. It offers classes in various subjects, such as computer education, business, family and consumer sciences, health and fitness, technical education, math, music, science and social studies. Its art department offers classes in painting, ceramics, drawing and digital storytelling. It offers language courses in Spanish, Italian and French. It offers specialty programs in leadership, drivers education, success strategies and teen parenting life skills. It has a library and drama club and offers lunch to the students. Its career center assists students in assessing their interests, abilities, personal needs and preferences. Its sport program includes football, soccer, cross country, basketball, wrestling, baseball, tennis, golf and track. Madras High School is operated by Jefferson County School District, and is located in Madras, Ore.
