The rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I even received vague yet obvious threat and he refused to disclose his name or supervisor. Never use them!

I called about 8 am on a Sunday after hitting a curb in a snow storm which rendered my car undriveable. The ad said 24 hour service, but the man told me to call back around 12 or 1. I said, your ad says you have 24 hour service. He proceeded to yell at me saying, "**** lady, it's Sunday morning. I'll come tow you right now for $200." He was still yelling when I hung up. Instead, I called Speedy Towing (801) 619-1111. They arrived in about 20 minutes and couldn't have been nicer. Call Speedy Towing instead!

The customer service is some of the most pathetic I've ever encountered. The dispatch didn't listen to anything I had to say about an emergency I was having. The first time I called, the man told me he couldn't help, and the second time I called back he said that he didn't feel right removing a car from fire hydrant space at a business, because "It's 7am on a Sunday and I don't feel like messing with someone's day." The spot was on private property and he said it wasn't anything they were interested in doing for me because we were "probably in Salt Lake City, and we're not interested in driving that far today."

As a business that has several locations in the Salt Lake Valley, I have sent out an email to every business we have regular contact with urging them to never use this service.

In a world full of towing companies, I can't imagine how anyone would feel comfortable turning away potential business.

I will NEVER use this service, and I will make it a personal effort to make sure everyone I know/do business with knows how poor ABC Towing is.

Great service! He was there within 5 minutes of my call, figured out why my car wasn't starting and got it started so I didn't even need the tow. Really great and inexpensive service. I would definitely recommend this tow company.

he cost me $350 in damages to my car! my car was leaking and in the drivers door there was a very big dent! when i confronted him about it Pete said there was nothing he could do about it because it was like that before i had him tow it. i am very disappointed and would rather push my car then let this so called company tow it! i would never recommend Pete to my worst enemy!‎

I called to have a car removed, I waited at home for over an hour and they never showed up, so I called them the following day to see if they had ever come, and the guy was completely rude to me. I would never use their service in the future, and with the economy and how many tow truck drivers there are in this city I won't have to.

Not only are the prices unfair (certainly NOT low or affordable) but the employees are both rude, and unkind. When I spoke to them on the phone they gave me snarky responses in addition to mocking me. They are THE WORST.
